What you add yourself

- Bottled water: about 3 litres per person per day for 3 days
- Tins and food you can eat without cooking, plus a manual tin opener
- Any medicines you need, and a basic first aid kit
- Spare batteries if any of your own devices need them
- Some cash, copies of important documents and a list of phone numbers
How it arrives
The items come from our UK suppliers and may arrive in up to 6 separate parcels. Check your kit once a year and recharge anything with a battery.
