What to include in your email
- About an order: your full name and order number, and which item or parcel the question is about. Kits arrive in several parcels, so tell us which ones have arrived so far.
- Damaged or faulty item: your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or two if you can.
- Return: your order number and the items you want to send back. Please wait for our reply before posting anything; we will give you the right return address.
- Product suggestion: tell us the item you are looking for. If we add it to the store, you will receive a 60% discount code for that item (one per person per product, valid for 30 days, not combinable with other offers).
